Metal Morph: The Art & Science of Hardware Metamorphosis

Turnkey contract manufacturing for global architectural hardware brands. Transforming raw virgin brass, zinc, and stainless steel into precision-engineered door, bath, and cabinet collections.

What is Metal Morph? Engineering Precision from Ingot to Architecture

In natural biology, metamorphosis represents a complete structural transformation. In metallurgical contract manufacturing, Metal Morph represents Shakti Group’s systematic methodology of transforming raw, unformed metal into high-precision, luxury architectural hardware.

For international hardware brands, lock manufacturers, and bulk distributors, raw metal alone holds no commercial value. Value is unlocked through precise alloy formulation, micro-tolerance die-casting, ergonomic engineering, flawless surface finishing, and uncompromising quality validation.

Metal Morph is our commitment to eliminating the friction, communication gaps, and quality fluctuations often experienced with offshore manufacturing. We do not operate as an off-the-shelf catalog trader or a simple job-shop. We serve as a complete, end-to-end manufacturing partner, taking your proprietary hardware programs seamlessly from Concept to Container.

The Metal Morph Operational Framework

  • Stage 1: Concept & DFM Engineering Optimizing Designs for High-Volume Production We evaluate your 3D CAD files, physical prototypes, or architectural concept sketches through strict Design for Manufacturing (DFM) protocols. Our engineering team optimizes wall thicknesses, draft angles, weight distribution, and mechanical interface tolerances (such as spindle torque and spring housing fitment) before any metal is melted.
  • Stage 2: Precision In-House Tooling Micro-Tolerance Die & Mold Creation Quality is determined by the tool. Our dedicated in-house toolroom designs and CNC-machines custom high-grade steel casting dies and press tools. We maintain strict dimensional tolerances ($\pm 0.05\text{ mm}$), ensuring absolute part-to-part consistency across high-volume multi-thousand-unit production runs.
  • Stage 3: Multi-Material Casting & Machining Zero-Porosity Metallurgical Control We manufacture hardware tailored across three primary structural tiers: Luxury Virgin Brass (hot forging/machining), High-Pressure Zinc Alloy / Zamak (high-density die-casting), and Architectural SS-304 Stainless Steel. Our casting processes are automated to eliminate micro-porosity, internal air pockets, and surface pitting.
  • Stage 4: Surface Transformation Architectural-Grade Polishing & Finishing Raw cast components undergo multi-stage mirror-buffing to erase parting lines. We apply multi-layer automated electroplating and state-of-the-art Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) coating to create deep, luxurious finishes, including Polished Chrome, Matt Black, Satin Nickel, PVD Gold, and Antique Bronze.
  • Stage 5: 96+ Hour ASTM B117 Quality Validation Rigorous Lab Auditing Before Packaging To ensure hardware survives high-humidity environments and saline coastal climates, every batch undergoes a strict 7-step QA audit. Our internal laboratory performs X-ray plating thickness measurements, torque/load cycle testing, and 96+ hour continuous neutral salt-spray chamber testing (ASTM B117).
  • Stage 6: IP Protection & Seaworthy Export Packaging Turnkey Private-Label Delivery We protect your intellectual property with strict, enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Final products are laser-etched with your proprietary brand logo and packed into custom retail boxes, barcode-labeled, and secured with export-grade container padding for safe transit to international ports.
