End-to-End Tooling Development & Precision Mold Execution

From initial engineering consultation and 3D CAD modeling to precision tool making and final sample validation, Shakti Group follows a structured, ISO-aligned process to deliver high-durability molds, dies, and custom components with sub-millimeter accuracy.

01. Brief & Feasibility Analysis

Technical evaluation of 2D/3D customer drawings, material selection, wall-thickness analysis, and manufacturing feasibility to ensure cost efficiency and optimal tool life.

02. Engineering & CAD / CAM Design

Detailed 3D mold layout, cavity/core design, runner system optimization, and CNC programming using advanced CAD / CAM software for precision component geometry.

03. Precision Tool & Mold Fabrication

In-house high-speed VMC milling, CNC wire-cut EDM, spark erosion, and heat treatment to fabricate hardened steel core inserts, cavity blocks, and die sets.

04. Sample Validation & T1 Trial Approvals

Hydraulic trial press fitting, initial sample inspection (T1 runs), CMM dimensional verification, and customer sample approval prior to mass production clearance.

05. Tool Handover & Mass Production

Final mold hardening, surface polishing/plating, preventative maintenance documentation, and seamless transition into full-scale zinc die-casting or brass forging production.
